If you select a sales agent only based on the appraisal price given, without looking at the facts and market figures. To be able to secure the business in this competitive market, this encourages agents to go into the appraisal meeting with high figures.
If you are looking for an unrealistic appraisal, then I'm not the sales agent you are looking for.
